Lose Belly Fat The Easy Way - 2 Simple Things And 1 Exercise That Will Always Help

The battle to lose belly fat is often lost because of a very simple thing:  a build up of
toxins in the body due to poor digestion.  Here are some tips from Ayurveda, the ancient science of natural healing.
If you want to lose belly fat you need to clean out the residue of bad digestion by drinking three to six glasses of warm water in the morning, immediately after you get up, before you brush your teeth and before breakfast.  Make sure the water is not cold at all.  Don't drink hot water.  Slightly warmer than tepid is the right temperature. 
 
Do this simple thing and your body will clean itself out very quickly and you will have the basis of good digestion.  Some people like to add some freshly squeezed lemon juice to the water to enhance the cleansing effect.  I have had very good results with just water with nothing in it.
 
After you drink the water, do some leg raises or deep knee bends for up to five minutes.  I have had very good results with deep knee bends.  I actually use the technique I learned when I was taking Taoist Tai Chi lessons: 
 
Stand with your legs shoulder width and bring your arms up as you breathe in.  Bend your knees as far as is comfortable while breathing out with your arms stretched out and palms facing down.  Try to get your thighs parallel to the ground if you can.  Keep your arms outstretched in front of you, palms facing up as you stand back up and breathe in. 
 
Take deep breaths as you are doing this.  Exhale completely and inhale as much as you can.  If you do this right, you will be full of energy by the time your legs feel a little tired.  Don't tire yourself out.  Keep going until you are just a little tired or just a little out of breath.  You'll feel great all day long.
 
The third thing is to eat your major meal of the day between 11:00 a.m and 2:00 p.m.  Closer to 11:00 is the best. 
 
Don't eat several meals a day.  Eat only three meals a day.  Eat only after your food has been completely digested from the previous meal.  Your digestive system has a rest and activity cycle just as your body has a sleep and wake cycle so you shouldn't be eating all the time.  Eating several small meals as many people suggest will throw your digestive system off.
